Wedding DJ Manchester - Chorlton

Vicki & Ruud's Wedding Reception in Chorlton was fantastic. It was a pleasure to be their Wedding DJ.

The night started with a Ceilidh. Sometimes with a ceilidh people are reluctant at first. But Vicki & Ruud's friends, some of whom were dancing as soon as they were in the room, were up straight away and gave it their best shot right from the start.

With not one, but three wedding cakes, we were spoilt - and the rooms flowers and decorations really set the atmosphere well.

There was a huge cheer went the Newlyweds entered the room.

One highlight for me, which you can see in the photographs, was how closely people were gathered to the dancefloor prior to the first dance. That song, a Van Morrisson classic, was a really nice moment for all.

Their dancing together was echoed later in the night when they had a step about to the ceilidh band which ended their set on a high.

The night finished with some songs suggested by the bride and groom and their was a relaxed atmosphere as people made their way home. With an Irishman like James Hackland in charge you'll not be rushed out, and given plenty of time for goodbyes.

I'd been looking forward to the event since meeting up at the pre-wedding meeting, and it was a pleasure to not only be the Wedding DJ for Mr and Mrs Palmer, but to share in their wonderful day.

These are some photos I took. I hope you enjoy them. Feel free to share the page.
