New Years Eve DJ

Finding a DJ for New Years Eve can be tricky. Bringing in 2017 this year will happen on a Saturday too. This  will make it a popular date for a Wedding DJ, just as popular as a Bank Holiday weekend.

With sky high expectations for a great night and the opportunity to deliver music to people with modern and stylish presentation NYE is one date I always look forward to DJ'ing.

Crowd shot from midnight. Kissing, Bag-pipes, Kilts, and a little chaos.

Last year I had the opportunity to bring in 2016 at a Wedding at Colshaw Hall. My 64th Wedding of the Year. The night was non-stop excitement.

fter a brilliant day there was dancing before the cake cut and immediately after the first dance the band came on and played their set straight through. I love slotting in around bands and helping them by getting people moving on the dancefloor before they came on.

Then there were more Wedding formalities, with the bouquet throw and a father and daughter dance...

DJ'ing on New Years Eve

Crowd loving the music.

And onto Midnight. Bells, confetti cannons, countdown, bag pipes and Auld Lang Syne.

With an extended licence to play music late, it really did feel like it wasn't going to end.

Whilst I'm primarily a Full Time Wedding DJ, I also work as a Wedding Host and the music on my events varies wildly so I am regularly challenged and keep my musical knowledge sharp and up to date in a number of genres.

Previously I've worked in hotels and restaurants on this night too with different itinerary's and aims but just as much fun.

I'd love to hear your plans. I do currently have Saturday 31st of December 2016 available. I will update this page when that date is filled.
